Returns & Refunds

We know you’ll totally dig your candle. But if it’s not quite your thing, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, provided it is unused, in original condition and in its original packaging.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your candle is damaged, defective, or you’ve received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Email hello@nowspinning.com.au with your order details and a photo of the product so we can assess the issue.

Where appropriate, we’ll offer a replacement candle shipped free of charge, or a refund processed within 48 hours.

We’ll do our best to respond to all refund and exchange enquiries within 48 hours.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind on sale items or gift cards.
